Due to the growing number of attendees, if you have not started making your travel arrangements, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible.

Ground Transportation
Upon arrival in Toronto, delegates for the Options for the Control of Influenza VI will be required to make their own ground transportation arrangements to their respective hotel. There are many ways to travel to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport including taxi or shuttle service. Ground transportation information counters can be found on the Arrivals level of Terminals 2 and 3, and on the Ground level at Terminal 1.

Pacific Western Airport Express
The shuttle bus picks up on the Arrivals Level of Terminals
2 and 3, and at Terminal 1 on the Arrivals Level—post B3. All buses are wheelchair accessible and also have front kneeling doors for easier access. Destinations include the InterContinental Toronto Centre Hotel, Fairmont Royal York Hotel and limited service at The Renaissance Toronto Hotel Downtown.

Fee Schedule to or from the Toronto Pearson International Airport is $16.45/one way, $28.35/Roundtrip. Options VI delegates will receive an additional 10% off regular fares by purchasing tickets online www.torontoairportexpress.com. Convenient and economical, the shuttles operate operates every 20 minutes during peak periods and every 30 minutes during off-peak periods.

Taxi service that originates from the Toronto Pearson International Airport is charged on a flat rate tariff system. Tariff maps are available for review by visiting www.gtaa.com, ground transportation. The average fare from airport to the Options VI conference hotels is CAD $49.00.
