Satellite Symposium Registration is now open!
	All Options VI conference registered attendees may attend one symposium each day. You must be registered to attend the Options VI conference to attend the satellite symposia. There is no cost for registered Options VI delegates to attend the satellite symposia. Click here to register now!
	Badge Policies A full conference badge permits access to all of the State-of-the-Art Lectures, Plenary Sessions, Scientific Breakout Sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and the complimentary off-site networking events. Delegates with a full conference badge will receive a conference bag, conference program, and abstract book. A full conference badge does not guarantee a seat in the breakout session. Breakout rooms are assigned in advance of the conference. The safety of the Options VI delegates is always a primary concern and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to the sessions to help ensure that a seat is available. Delegates with an exhibit hall only badge are eligible to attend all social events that take place in the hall (coffee breaks, lunches, breakfasts, and poster sessions). Delegates with an exhibit hall only badge will not be permitted to attend the State-of-the-Art Lectures, Plenary Sessions, Scientific Breakout Sessions, or complimentary off-site events. Delegates with an exhibit hall only badge will not receive a conference bag, conference program, or abstract book. Delegates with an accompanying guest badge are eligible to attend all social events that take place in the hall (coffee breaks, lunches, breakfasts, and poster sessions) as well as the complimentary off-site networking events. Accompanying guests will not be permitted to attend the State-of-the-Art Lectures, Plenary Sessions, or any of the Scientific Breakout Sessions. Delegates with an accompanying guest badge will not receive a conference bag, conference program, or abstract book. Student badges may be requested by an undergraduate or pre-doctoral student. A legible photocopy of a current university ID or letter on university letterhead from the department chair, indicating the students’ status and anticipated graduation date must be submitted with registration information. Student badges permit access to the State-of-the-Art Lectures, Plenary Sessions, Scientific Breakout Rooms, Exhibit Hall, and the complimentary off-site networking events. Delegates with a student badge will receive a conference bag, conference program, and abstract book.
	Press Policies Complimentary press passes are available for members of the media with the appropriate press credentials. Members of the press are welcome to attend all activities except the off-site events during the Options VI conference. Pre-registration deadline for press passes is June 4, 2007. Press Registration Only working journalists with appropriate press credentials will be allowed to register as media. Any reporter, writer, or editor with credentials from a newspaper, magazine, radio or TV station, wire service, syndicate, or other news organization may register and receive a press badge. Publishers and representatives of sales, advertising, or marketing departments of publications or other news organizations may not register as media. No exceptions will be made. Appropriate credentials include: A recognized press card, a current membership card from the National Association of Science Writers (NASW), a business card clearly showing media affiliation and position, or a letter on official letterhead from an editor of a publication or a producer of a program certifying that you are covering the conference for their respective organization. Please note: Freelancers must have a letter from a news organization indicating they have an assignment to cover the meeting. Freelancers who wish to cover the meeting on are asked to write to us on their letterhead the purpose of their attendance.
